Scott
now has 6 months
experience in the sales
and renting of mobile
homes and he also has
experience crediting the
monthly rent checks of
which he is
knowledgeable with Rent
Manager.
He also assists with
park rule enforcements
Scott grew up in the
lumber/construction
industry and graduated
from Hiram College in
Ohio. He would like to
utilize his experience
along with his very
successful business
management skills which
enabled him to market,
sale, train staff and
instill strong customer
service policies to grow
a very successful
Commercial Insurance
Agency. He successfully
sold his partnership in
the company, however
soon realized he was not
happy and ready to
settle down. He needed a
challenge, thus we have
traveled and mastered
the transportation
position as a
professional driver for
3+ years.
I, Marlene, have been in
management, sales,
marketing, public
relations and customer
service management for
over 20+ years. I
achieved VP of
Sales/Partner and have
done successful
independent contracting
for sales, public
relations and customer
service.
Our combined experience
enables us to provide
the "fix it"
construction knowledge,
administration skills
for the office, people
skills for interacting
and assisting our
neighbors while
providing a comfortable,
positive environment.
Note: We both have no
criminal
background/felonies,
drug or alcohol issues.
We are also healthy and
in good shape. We are
also looking for a
long-term relationship.
