We both have been, and I still am,
in a managerial position with a
company or two in the past.
Jayne has over 18 years dealing in
customer service with OTB, Off Track
Betting of New York,
as a supervisor of all their
cashiers\tellers. Also, she was the
lead Med-Tech for Grand Villa ALF,
where we both worked together, and
actually met there.
She knows computer operations, MS
Word, Excel and most office
operations, as well as customer
relations, enforcing the rules as
well as the laws of County, State
and Government. ( Landlord-Tenant
codes,
property rights, as well as the
rights of the property owners.) Also
how to handle late and delinquent
rental\mortgage payments, as in how
to follow up with court appointed
eviction notices and the process
therein.
Myself, Management as well as
Leadership in doing, has been one of
my greater skills, after serving
(8) eight years in the Marine Corps.
I also possess a great mechanical
ability, I am able to trouble-shoot
and fix almost anything, from
carpentry, drywall, vinyl siding,
plumbing, electrical, concrete work,
brick
and block work and landscaping, as
well as machinery, such as vehicle
engines, lawn mowers and the like.
I also do not have a problem,
enforcing the rules and laws that
all must abide by as I grew up in a
family of Police Officers, as well
as many Marines in my family.
Mobile home make-ready, for rent,
sales, as well as a move out
situation, is a process that can
be easily handled with a proper plan
of action. Just getting it done, and
done right as quickly as possible,
has always been the optimum goal. I
also possess my A+ Microsoft
Certification, in computer and
network repair. I have been working
on computers since 1999, when I
received said certification.
Also, as you will see on attached
resume, I am enrolled in the
University of Phoenix, majoring in
Corporate Network Security. Security
of any, and all networks, including
LAN, WAN, VLAN
and networked security surveillance
devices.
We are currently residing in
Tomball, TX as we have family close
