experience

Familiar with
Manufactured Housing
Division (MHD) of
the TDHCA is a plus

Experience with rent
collection, rent
roll preparation,
leasing and eviction
process.

Able to learn
quickly
*
Must be able to work
independently
*
Dependable
*
Possess high work
ethic
*
Detail oriented
*
Must have
understanding of MS
Office programs and
general computer
skills
*
Able to take the
initiative to
accomplish necessary
tasks
*
Excellent time
management and
organizational
skills
*
Maintenance skills
and general
knowledge also a
plus!
