and regulations, mobile
home inspections and
rehabbing, keeping records
on file of all rent related
transactions, have excellent
organizational skills,
serving 7 and 14 day
notices, running background
and credit checks with all
candidates, handling
evictions according to
Federal and State laws,
interviewing potential
tenants, handling all
paperwork pertaining to the
leasing of the property,
speaking with tenants when
problems arose, copying,
faxing, extensive phone
calls, purchasing supplies,
hiring maintenance people,
overseeing maintenance, and
all areas of park
management. Very good
people and communication
skills. We have done all
areas of Maintenance
(Plumbing, electrical,
concrete, carpentry, air
conditioning and swamp
coolers, natural and propane
gas and landscaping). We
are the Jack of all trades.
Also have pool and gas line
certification and familiar
with the Landlord Tenant
