We are currently
seeking a management
team for an older
mobile home park
which is located in
Bishop, CA, on the
Eastern side of the
Sierra Nevada
Mountains,
approximately 250
miles south of Reno,
Nevada. This is a
55 and older mobile
home park for
permanent mobile
homes, and a minimum
age of 25 for all
month to month
sites. This job
includes all aspects
of office duties,
including taking
rents, accounting,
deposits, good
people skills, as
well as park
groundskeeping and
maintenance. There
are 71 mobile homes
in the park along
with 49 R.V. spaces
which are mostly
month to month
spaces. Of these,
eleven are R.V.
overnight spaces.
There are
bathrooms/showers
and a laundry on the
premises for the
residents. We
furnish an older two
B/R one bath mobile
home and all
utilities, plus a
monthly salary.
This is a 24-hour
full time position
for 5 days a week.
Bishop is a small
town with many
nearby outdoor
recreational
assets. The name of
the park is
