I am currently seeking a position as a mobile home park manager or assistant manager.
I'm looking in the Inland Empire or close by; I would like to apply as an on-site mobile home park manager or assistant manager where I can utilize my skills garnered from property management, real estate and nursing.
I have worked as a mobile home assistant manager for two parks. My duties included rent collection, bank deposits, keeping records of payments and payments due, sending notices out, screening and credit checks on new residents interested in the park, enforcing park rules and regulations, serving residents needs as far as concerns or questions about the park, supervising personnel, acquiring bids for park repairs, newsletter, kept record of park inspections, sent in account payables to corporate and kept track of payments and balances due.
I also have a current CA real estate license and have leadership and management skills besides being professional; and am self motivated. I can work alone or as a team player. I have personal integrity and strong work ethics. I am very dedicated, committed, and reliable and am well received by others.
My strengths are my experience with people in both real estate and mobile park management as well as the experience from managing my own business over the last 10 years. This experience has increased my skills and provided me with a broader base of business knowledge.
