Park Manager Wanted:
Looking for person or couples to live on-site at Mobile Home Park. Approximately 140 spaces of which 65 are full. Need someone to start March 1, 2010!
Must have very strong references with experience managing mobile home parks. Will need to have some basic computer skills as weekly and monthly reports are required.
Must have knowledge of mobile home park law, mobile home setups and moving, evictions, park covenants, etc. Spanish speaking is a plus it will make the job easier. This park is older and the goal is to continually upgrade and make it better community. We are expanding by bringing new homes into the park, The pay scale ranges from $20K to $26K first year all-inclusive package with housing with room for growth and expansion.
