Manager / Working Foreman – Mobile Home Park damaged byy flood needs rehab of park owned homes, with only 22 families currently residing on the property. Responsibilities include: Collecting Rents, Renting Homes, Maintenance of resident owned homes, Handling resident issues, Empty Unit clean up and rehab and Grounds Maintenance. Applicant must have ability to work with and manage a small crew. This Park in Metropolis, IL (just across the river from Paducah, KY) is a combination of resident and park owned homes. Manager will live in 3 bedroom mobile home or apartment on premise, and will be provided with a truck for park business. A Base Pay is provided and a Monthly Bonus is given based on rent collected. Rent is currently low. It will be hard work to turn this park around but we are willing to commit to substantial bonuses for the successful candidate. Successful candidate will be able to Maximize the effectiveness of a small crew and Handle resident problems in a calm and reasonable manner. Handyman skills, Painting and Dry walling experience and basic Plumbing and Electrical skills are required. Applicant must have clean driving record and current license and must pass a background check. Applicant must be capable of working without direct supervision and needs to have their own tools.
