Team
We are looking for a
couple to live on
site. They would be
required to maintain
all aspects of the
grounds and collect
rents for the two
parks total of 134
units. They are all
rental units. There
are 4 full time
maintenance
employees at this
time not including
management team.
Property maintenance
includes: Repair and
maintenance of
units; maintain
grounds and
utilities; ect.
Office work
includes: keeping up
with all rental
accounts; evictions;
letters; showing of
rentals; ect.
Compensation would
be in the form of
housing, allowance
of electricity;
utilities, telephone
(you would be
responsible for long
distance) company
vehicle for park
use; and salary of
approximately
$44,000 per couple.
