Edgewood Properties, a leader in commercial and residential development, currently seeking a Residential Property Manager for mobile home parks (200 units) & multi site communities (150 units).

The ideal candidate will have a background and knowledge in property management, affordable housing a plus, handling all resident & prospects phone calls/correspondence, complete & process applications, lease preparation & lease signing, account adjustments & audits, weekly deposit transmittals, collection of bad debt, maintain renewals & enter into system,  tour property, schedule vendors & contractors, prepare purchase orders for property expenses, maintain acceptable occupancy levels, maintain leasing reports.

Must be people oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well with others. Experience in Timberline, MS Office, etc. required.
