Immediate Opening for Onsite Maintenance Manager in beautiful Active Senior Park in Morgan Hill, CA.  285 space Park with Pool, Spa, Tennis and extensive green belt. Full time position, Mon-Fri.  On call 2 weekends a month. 

Also have part time office staff position opening.  Will consider a Team, but not a requirement.

2 Bedroom 2 Bath home with attached garage provided.

Maintenance Supervisor will report to offsite professional management firm and supervise one other maintenance employee.

At least 5 years prior maintenance employment mandatory.  Able to perform electrical and plumbing repairs, maintain pool and spa, perform irrigation and lighting repairs and change out gas meters.  Develop specs and obtain bids for major repair by outside vendors.  Able to lift 50 pounds and in good health.  Good communication skills and ability to work with seniors is mandatory.
