My wife and I currently manage a quality independent retirement community. We have 9 years of team management experience with 8 of those years being in the mobile home industry. We are preferring to stay in the southeast where our family is near. Would possibly discuss other options as long as they are warmer options. Our largest on taking is three communities at one time totaling 650+ lots (four years), two pools, two RV storages with 150+ rental units within the 650 spaces and the rest being home owners. We have sold homes, rented homes, managed turns (assisted with as well), managed several vendors including mowing vendors and infrastructure repairs, maintenance and improvements. We are award winners five out of the 8 years and have recently been awarded an award of excellence with our current employer. Our delinquency is low and with the larger properties maintained between 2 and 10% delinquencies. We're not afraid of work and would prefer a fair income and housing provisions as well as mutual respect. My wife is bilingual (Spanish). We have financial responsibilities and we unfortunately cannot work a very small property/properties. Thank you for your considerations in advance.
