I am currently
seeking a position as a mobile home park
manager. I am semi-retired and receiving
SS. I have 6 years experience working
with a one of the top management firms
in California.
If you have a position in the Inland
Empire area or nearby, I would like to
apply as an on-site mobile home park
manager.
Experience:
I worked as a mobile home manager at
several parks through out California. My
primary duties included collecting rents
and depositing into bank, keeping
records of rent payments and payments
due, sending statements out to
residents, screening and doing credit
checks on clients requesting to move
into park, enforcing park rules and
regulations, helping residents with
concerns or questions about park
operations, supervising maintenance
personnel, acquiring bids for park
repairs, editor of park monthly
magazine, kept record of park
inspections such as gas, electric, fire
hydrants, pool/spa and scheduled
inspections when due, sent in account
payables to corporate and kept track of
payments and balances due, and various
other duties that go hand in hand
managing a mobile home park. I was gas
certified and received awards and
bonuses for my excellence and well
appreciated work. I also had a mobile
home sales license.
Education: Computer Science Degree
