I am looking for a part time employee to help with maintenance and collections. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance and have good references and a strong work ethic. Job would consist of daily management of about 25 weekly and monthly mobile homes. Applicant needs reliable transportation and basic tools. salary will start at $350 per week with a free mobile home, along with power, water and cable. Possible full time position if employee proves capable.
