My experience
includes six years
as a mobile home
community manager in
a park that started
with 105 lots and
when I left was
250+. I also have
one year of
experience managing
a 99 unit single
story apartment
complex.
Between the two
positions I have had
a hand in building a
community from the
ground up to
rehabing.
Apartments and
mobile homes. With
the mobile home park
set up an office and
instituted
procedures, rules,
created spreadsheets
to track rents,
etc. Conducted all
banking and paying
of bills. (Was
nothing in place as
was a mom and pop
ran business)

The eighteen months
since the last job
on my resume (which
is not listed) I
have bought and
rehabbed foreclosure
properties. With
the present economy
and tightening of
banking loans I am
getting out of the
business.
I
believe my
experience can be
beneficial as I have
both owned my own
small business and
managed for others.
I am comfortable
running the office
and being hands on
with maintaining an
eye appealing
community.
