Seeking an on-site Community Manager for a manufactured home community in California. Must have office skills & proven sales skills to sell & rent park owned homes.   

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Rent collections

Banking

Enforcing rules and regulations

Marketing and sales

Manage maintenance & office staff

Violation Notices

Computer savvy

Up-keep of the community and responding to resident inquiries

 

Qualifications

Excellent customer service

Proven sales skills

Bilingual a plus but not required

Manufactured home experience required
