time Mobile Home Park
Manager for a family
mobile home park
community.
This is a couple only
position with husband
and wife.
The position involves
all aspects of office
duties and
outdoor maintenance.
Pool certification is
desired.
At least 7 years
experience is a plus.
Office duties involve
rent collections,
monthly recap, bank
deposits, monthly rental
receipt records,
bookkeeping, customer
and tenant relations,
complete workings of an
office position and
maintenance of all
office records and
procedures. Knowledge of
Mobile Home Law desired.
Outdoor maintenance
involves watering,
maintaining the common
ground areas, any needed
necessary maintenance
work, cleaning of
clubhouse, pool
maintenance, etc.
Salary is negotiable
depending upon
experience.
This is a live on site
position in a double
wide mobile home
equipped with all
appliances..
