assist in the
overall
management of
30+ Mobile Home
Communities and
a home retail
operation.
Successful
candidates will
have five or
more years in
property
management and
experience in
the purchasing,
remodeling and
sales of mobile
homes will be
strongly
desired.
Knowledge of
management,
budgeting, cash
flow and
marketing along
with strong
leadership,
communication
and computer
skills are
required. Travel
will be required
several times
each month.
