my (ACM),(PHC)
and (MHE). Very
computer
literate.
I have managed
over 490 sites,
all age, 55+ and
rentals. I did
all leases, back
ground checks.
Very good with
sales, budgets,
marketing,
closings, setups
and removal of
homes.
Complete all
data and inter
on computer,
complete weekly
and monthly
reports,
collected all
monies and made
deposits, paid
all vendors and
worked with all
vendors to get
the best price
for any and all
work to be done.
I did all the
hiring, training
of staff
including
maintenance. I
did all the
mentoring.
I have done all
the activities
for the
residents , and
work hard to
keep the
residents happy
because i
believe if the
residents are
happy then we
have a great
community. Then
the owners are
happy with the
income that
comes in.
I do enjoy a
challenge to
bring a
community up to
the best it can
be that is the
greatest feeling
to fill a
community and
have it at it's
best.
I do have
experience with
waste water
treatment plants
and not afraid
to get dirty.
