Available 11/25/2009...I have managed large MH and RV parks with up to 35 employee and sub contract personnel. I have experience in new construction add on spaces to include all utilities, complete retro of mobile homes inside and out, plumbing, electrical, carpet, skirting, walls, ceilings, roofs etc.,  complete park restoration of up to 300 spaces, with 40 add on RV spaces. concrete pads and utilities.. MH sales and office equipment and procedures. Rent collections and evictions within state guidelines. I have a high energy level and would prefer larger parks with possible extensions or managing multiple parks.  An Area Managers position would be a perfect fit for me, with multiple parks, budgets, P&L statements, complete new construction or retro  and add on responsibilities. I have excellent references and can pass any background, drug or alcohol tests. Never had a traffic ticket or wreck on my DMV report.
