I have been a community manager for 13 years. Starting at 150 lots to 650 lot (gated and secured) community & managing 3 communities at one time of over 1000 lots. I also was a peer coach where I trained everyone hired for the area I was in. Very experienced in rent collections, delinquent collections, resident concerns, placing homes in community, evictions, abiding by the laws of the state, managing others, reports turned in on time, selling or renting of the homes, renovating needs and maintenance issues. I am sure I left something out but over 13 years of doing this I have seen & heard it all. I also have a finance that has maintenance experience.
