Managers.
This

team player
will take a
hands-on
approach in

necessary
duties to
accomplish
objectives;

performance
is crucial
in
maximizing
the
successful
operation of
the
property.
REQUIREMENTS:

Computer &
maintenance
skills are
required.
Prior
property
management,
home sales,
supervisor
and/or
Regional
Manager
experience a
plus!!! We

files
Enforce park
rules
Promote
positive
resident
relations
through
various
programs,
such as
newsletters,
activities,
or potlucks.
Park
Maintenance
Property
Inspections
Post rent

residents
into
