We have worked together as a team, I and my wife Angie, for over 10 years. We have been primarily unsupervised and have handled every need the owner has had for management & maintenance. I am licensed by TEQC for water system operator and certified to operate a natural gas system by the TX railroad commission. I have experience in property management and maintenance prior to this as well. I also am certified to do a/c maintenance. We both have taken the TMHA MHP management seminars and been certified. I have taken the Sterling legal seminar on property management and been certified. My wife has extensive experience in sales and has worked at our current location both selling and leasing lots and homes.

We are looking for a new home preferably in the Houston/Huntsville/Austin/SanAntonio areas. We would like to manage an RV resort/MHP or retirement community. We will be bringing from one to three new tenants with us when we move into your community as well. In the Houston metro area this could turn into 10-25 new tenants. (We have friends, family and loyal followers who would like to move wherever we go within reason.) The right park and compensation package could entice us to move to another state as well.
