Corporation is looking for experience person or couple
to manage multiple mobile home parks in TN. Will also
provide oversight to one in Alabama on a monthly basis.
Candidate should have strong mobile home park background
(at least 7 years experience) with expert knowledge in
rentals, leases, sales, collections, maintenance and
other related issues in the management of mobile home
parks.
Will provide housing (your choice of 3/2 homes) and good
pay.
