Newport Pacific is an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO).
AMO is the only designation awarded to firms by the Institute of
Real Estate Management (IREM), and only slightly more than 520
firms in the United States have achieved it. For more than 50
years, these elite organizations have set the standards for
excellence in property and asset management. AMO requires that
each member organization meet strict bonding, insurance and
education requirements to qualify. To be accredited, a firm
must have an established reputation of professionalism. In
addition, AMO firms must be reaccredited every three years.
Since 1980,
Newport Pacific Capital Company, Inc. has been actively involved
in all aspects of the real estate industry. The Company
performs property management and partnership financial advisory
services, as well as broker servicing and investor relations.
Each Newport
Pacific Property Manager has an average of 14 years experience
with us in managing on-site personnel. Preservation of capital
via the skilled management and enhancement of real property is a

planning, and a dedication to quality. Newport Pacific's Asset
Management team encompasses all these talents and uses them to
integrate the desires of our clients with the demands of their

art computer-based accounting systems to process accounts
payable, place idle funds in interest-bearing accounts, prepare
monthly, quarterly, and year end financial reports, as well as
state and federal tax returns. Accuracy, consistency,
accessibility, and security are standard features provided to
you by our accounting personnel.
In addition to
the management of Newport's own portfolio, the Property
Management division manages properties for other owners of
mobile home parks, apartment complexes, commercial office space,
medical office buildings and retail buildings.
