We are looking for
Lonnie dealers for filling up the park because we want to
focus on running the park and finding park deals. This is a
clean, well-run, and high-occupancy park in the little town
of St. Paul, IN.
The park owns only 1 out of 40 homes and 40% of tenants have
been in the park for more than 5 years. We are blessed with
a great manager who keeps the park in great order. She can
show and sell homes for you.
It about 10 minutes away from Shelbyville and Greensburg.
Greensburg is home of a new Honda factory which create 2000
jobs this fall.
Lot rent will be waived for up to 6 months per home until
home is sold. The lot rent will be $220 per month. The lot
rent currently includes water and sewer. Residents pay for
all other utilities. |
