Yes we have 2 maintenance people and 1 office person on staff to aid in sales, rentals, and repairs.

We have added over 40 homes to our park just last year. The area is very strong for rentals as there is a college near buy. Unemployment is low due to farming, oil production, local hospital, university. We currently work with investors already and it has worked out well.
