Yes - but the manager will not be able to coordinate the work. This deal is best done by a local Lonnie dealer in the Mason County area of Washington (Olympia, Shelton, etc)

Other Information:

We have an older single wide that has been in the park for many years. The inside needs a complete rehab; we would be willing to work a deal with a Lonnie dealer to give him/her the home with certain conditions for rehab and improvement. This could be a great deal for someone who knows what they are doing.
