Concessions Offered to Lonnie Dealers:

I will give free space rent on any home you purchase from me to sell for a reasonable period. My prices will be very fair. Any homes you pull in I will give you free space rent until it is sold, and I will contribute to your move in expenses up, negotiable depending on the year and size of the home moving in. We will not compete for your business, and if a potential resident want a home I have in inventory, I will give you the option of purchasing that home from me at a predetermined price, so you can still have the sale and create a note. I have about 10 vacant lots, and 9 vacant homes that need to be filled. The park is 76 spaces, space rent is $225 / month.

Yes. I will give good access to my manager to help with your home sale. She can show the homes for you for a small commission, maybe a couple hundred dollars.

I really understand the "lonnie dealer' process and will be very accommodating to your investing in my community. I know well what lonnie dealers need from the manager and the owner of the park and I will provide what ever I can to have a win-win relationship with the lonnie dealer.
