I have an older trailer that needs repairs in my Mobile Home Park, lot rent is 260 which includes water/sewer. Will give the trailer to the right person who is willing to pay lot rent on time and handle the repairs of the trailer. I have no title to the trailer, I am an out of state park owner, my main concern is getting the lot rent on time.
