We will help an investor (aka Lonnie Dealer) who want to use our park to create cash flow. We will waive park rents til you have your tenant in place. We also have rehab crews in place to help with getting your place ready to sell or rent to own, which ever works best for you. We can walk you through what has worked best for us in the past and show you the kinds of returns that you can expect. Our average cost to get a home in place is 15k to 18k.  Sales prices range between 25k to 29k average. Some new homes that we have brought to the parks are selling for 39k. We are getting mortgage or rents to own payments of 450 to 500 a month average. You do the math, its a very nice return on investment.
Onsite Management to Help Show Homes:

Yes and no. We have a great manager who doesn't live at the park but does live 5 minutes from the park. She is really good with the tenants, but where she really excels is with selling homes in the park.
Resident Qualification Policy:

We a currently doing a very through check not only on credit and job history, but also doing both a sexual and criminal background checks as well.

Other Information:

We have a wide varity of homes currently in the park. We are working to bring up the level of both the homes and the quality of tenants into the park. We are in the process of doing some major capitol improvements to the park ( new paving, new laundry facility and rehab rec. room) so that we will continue to get the kind of tenants that will make the park even better.
