Market Currently Seeking Cooperative Mobile Home Parks To Do Lonnie Deals:

Augusta County, Hampton Roads and Tidewater area of Virginia and intend to cover the entire state

Condition of Homes Looking To Buy:

Move in ready to good shape. If it needs new carpeting or painting that is okay. Do not want fixer upper, but would consider those sizes 14'x70'. Mobile homes that can be obtained for 0.50 cents or less of market value or NADA low value preferably.

Approval Process:

 We buy homes that are 0.50 to 0.40 cents on the dollar of a model we follow to derive at a market value for a given mobile based on year built, condition, and few other criteria to do an assessment to determine whether the home fits our business model in being a Lonnie Deal.

Historical tracking and analysis past purchases of mobile homes play into our decision before we pull the trigger to approve a purchase of a home for use in our Lonnie Deal based model in making purchase decisionAs for approving buyers we put in the home it is two-tiered, meaning the MHP process is highly important and our screening from a company vantage point is paramount in order to make our Lonnie Deal business philosophy work consistently well.
