Our screening process is comprehensive and derived from 10 years
of background checking experience.
1. Initial meeting and evaluation with all persons involved in
the purchase. One of the objectives is: Do they meet park
requirements?
2. We run a credit report on the prospective purchaser(s).
3. We run a criminal check - State, County and National.
4. We run a tenant report - talk to past landlords.
5. We conduct a references check. We speak to individuals that
would know this person(s).
If the buyer(s) meets park approval and our approval, then the
purchase process will proceed.
