I take an
application and the mobilehome park runs a credit
check to see if the buyer is accepted by the park.
If the park accepts them that is fine with me.

I've completed four "Lonnie Deals" in the high
desert area of Yucca Valley, CA. The units have
been located in 55 and over parks.
