Seeking Partners For Mobile Home Park Acquisitions

Looking to be partners with someone who is in need of a manager to manager several parks as my part of the partnership.

Hello, my name is Terry Ellis. I live in Rossville, TN.  I am celebrating my 5th year in managing mobile home parks. I have been in property management for over 16 years. I have bought, sold and managed mobile home parks, multi-unit properties and single family homes. I take a hands-on approach to managing properties. If I manage a property, I see that property daily 6 or 7 times a week depending on what is needed and or requested by the owner(s).  Currently I manage 3 mobile home parks with two parks located in Arkansas and one in Mississippi. I also manage 8 single family homes for other owners. I am looking to grow my management business in the Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas area at this time. And with that being said, my bottom line is this:
