Looking for an investor/partner for
an established mobile home park northeast of Houston,
Texas. Park has 69 units. We have managed the park for
the last 16 months and the current owner is selling it
to us. We need an investor/partner to put in $400k to
payoff current owner and to make improvements. Business
plan is available. Park is profitable and has lots of
potential. When we took over management, we cleaned out
the druggies and non payers. Our occupancy rate is
going up. We had 6 new tenants in April and there are at
least 3 new units being installed in May. We are going
to continue to be the hands on managers in the park
because what we are doing is working on bringing the
