ACQUISITION PARAMETERS:

2)      Not to exceed $25,000.00 per pad/lot

3)      Park must carry debt and operating minimum at conveyance

5)      Minimum 25 lots with possible expansion

6)      Prefer city/town utilities but will consider well and septic in good condition
