Seeking an active partner, investor
to share time with myself managing a 27 unit rental trailer park. All
units are park owned. We are currently setting up 3 more double wides
and will be allowed 1 more single wide under current zoning, at that
point the park will be built out. Ideally I would like the managing
partner and I to take turns along the lines of 5 or 6 weeks on and 5 or
6 weeks off managing the park. With the 3 new units on line the park
will be throwing of $13,375.00 gross per month, approx $10,623.00 net
net.
