Looking for capital investor
for income producing MHP(s) in the LA and MS
area. Could be as a partner or strictly a
financing option. I have 100-200K already lined
up for this project. I have the time and will
make a successful return on your equity. Would
prefer to purchase new(er) MHP's that have
proven great positive cash flow in the LA or
South MS areas. We would manage, maintain,
improve and sell in the very long term.
