I am looking for $290,000 refinance funds for park in Nebraska City, NE. 1st lien position, less than 75% LTV. refi existing seller/investor and bank loans + park improvement of $15,000 to change water&sewer to tenants for an additional $20,000 annual cash flow.  Owner for 3+ years, profitable and good cash flow.  15 year amortization with 3-5 year adjustable or balloon.  Will consider all rates.
