One of the mobile home park I own is located 15 miles from Galveston. When the hurricane Ike hit Galveston, I thought that was the end of the mobile home park business.

I had no communication with my manager for 10 days after Ike. Luckily, no major damage at my park.

This park has 20 acres of land, and only 7 acres are used for mobile homes. I was hoping to develop RV park on the vacant land.
 
After hurricane, I am finding that all the RV parks in Houston area are full with workers coming from out of town. I am getting 5 to 10 calls everyday from people looking for RV spaces.

Before hurricane, I had a hard time dealing with the city for RV permit. Now, the city gave me a written permit without any hoops, and they wanting me to build RV spaces as soon as possible.
 
To do this, I need money. I need $350K - $400K.
