Park should have some long-term, upside potential, such as in
the path of growth, redevelopment possibility, etc. Ideally in
Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, New Mexico.
I am a licensed real estate broker, buying for myself, and I
would save you money by not taking a buyer's commission. I am
also an environmental engineer and potential environmental
issues are not a deterrent for me.
