Criteria For Mobile Home Purchases

Locations:

  • Western Nebraska - 10+ homes
  • Central Illinois 10+ homes
  • Northeastern Texas - 10+ homes

Size of Homes:  14' x 60's and up - Mainly Singlewides

Quality:  Average to Good Condition - Not looking to completely redo home

Number of Homes Needed:  50+

Price Range: $12,500 and under

If you have a manufactured home or several manufactured/mobile homes in these areas please let me know.  I would also be interested in buying trade-in homes that are in fair to good condition.
