Seeking Partners/Financing For Mobile Home Park Acquisitions

Looking for additional investors for a mobile home park in Florida. Very good area, 55 and over and most of the homes are tenant owned. Currently has a 9% CAP. 2 million dollar property and only 20% down is needed. I have 200k to invest - looking for someone else to invest the other 200k. Can be 50-50 or I will buy you out in 5 years with agreed upon interest rate.
