Looking for investors in 2 trailer parks I am trying to purchase and have under contract. There is a link below where you can view the information about the parks and the opportunity. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have a great opportunity under contract that I would like to share and JV with some individuals. It is 2 mobile home parks in St. Stephen, NB, Canada. Some highlights of the deal include:
VTB of $150,000 @ 3.9% with no payback in the 1st year.

12 months vacancy credit at close, which equates to approximately $123,000 cash back at close

I will move there for 3-6 months to manage, work on filling some of the vacancies and either hire or set up or train a property manager

Purchase price is $1,350,000 and I will be seeking approx $240,000 as a 40% equity holder in the corporation.
