I sell repo mobile homes from bank inventory directly to customers and do all the installs, repairs permits and ground work ( ie pad, drive way , sewer). Half !!! of my inquiries tell me the same story. I own my land free & clear , I have 4K -$6k. I need a home, new septic, driveway etc. My credit is not great but I've been at the same job for ten years. Divorce, etc
