Looking for investors with
interest in the New England area.
My father and I own and
have operated a paving company in southern New Hampshire for 20
years. We have developed single family subdivisions, (we
actually build the infrastructure with our paving company and
sell the lots to home buildings) throughout Southern New
Hampshire.
Since we are a midsize
paving company we have all the excavation equipment, paving
equipment, and the expertise to install all the utilities to
single family, RV and Mobile Home Developments.
We are in a great position
to expand some existing parks in NH, but don't have the capital
or access to large sums of capital to develop larger parks (100
to 300 lots.
New Hampshire is a strong
market for elderly and affordable housing, lot rents are high
(all over $300 per space in most areas) and there are very few
parks in the state, plus we are less than 50 miles from Boston
MA.
I have been prospecting
aggressively for park owners who want to sell, and who have a
big enough park and acreage where we can expand the park to over
100 even 200 lots.
We do need more funds to
acquire and expand these parks and would be opent to the idea of a
Joint Venture with a money partner. If you think we both can add
