Mobile Home Park Investors

Currently pursuing investors to purchase newer or new mobile homes for placement in our mobile home park in Radcliff, KY. Our company owns the park, and will deal with all property management for your investment. Retailers in the area are interested in making deals, and additionally we will provide you with reduced lot rent. It is our goal to create an upscale community, and as such we are allowing only homes with vinyl siding and shingled roofs. If you have homes you would like to get moved in, we have a relationship with a transporter that has given us a VERY reasonable price.
