Looking for Lonnie Deal Investors for a Great rental market.  Low lot fee, low management fee because I need help filling this place up!  South Texas location on the way to Larado... between the Prison guards, Oil workers, Border Patrol growth, and large families, I can't keep up. 

Newer('97 and up) models needed, in good repair, with small decks but we have no certain "look"... sell them or rent them, just get them here, we'll do the rest and send you the check.  We have one investor who at 39 has retired and works on his dream now!  Why don't you?
