• Public Utilities Preferred - Private Utilities in Good Condition Considered
   

• Occupancy of Greater than 60%
   

• Park Owned Mobile Homes OK
   

• Specializing in turning around and maximizing returns on communities in good markets.
   

• Terms: Cash, Owner Financing, Land Contract, or Lease/Option
   

• Price: Up to $3,000,000 - Not looking for parks where the price is based on a land value where the highest and best use is not a Mobile Home or RV Park.
